He starts taking better care of himself. Physically and financially. He may start thinking long term and become more responsible.
He goes out of his way for you. He will fly to see you. He will get up and go get you a doughnut in the middle of the night.
If you are sick and look like a hag, he loves you anyway. He will even hold your hair back if you are throwing up.
He makes sure holidays or birthdays are special to you. He doesn't just do nothing and say it's over rated.
He does something out of character. Maybe he goes with her and gets a facial. Maybe he goes shopping and is patient about it. Doing things out of character to make her happy is a sure sign a man is in love.
You won't have to ask how he feels because you just know it in your gut.
